Lachi is an award winning creative artist and prolific EDM singer-songwriter whose works have debuted on national Dance charts and editorial lists, amassing millions of streams, and finding placements on TV, Radio and Feature film. Lachi has worked with some of the biggest names in Dance Music. Being legally blind, Lachi advocates for disability inclusion, equity and accessibility in the music and entertainment industries. A leader in Disability Advocacy in the music industry, Lachi co-chairs the GRAMMYs NY Chapter Advocacy Committee and is Founder and President of RAMP'D, a coalition of accredited Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities. Lachi also consults, keynote performs and think-tanks on Disability awareness and etiquette at major productions, companies, non-profits, and advocates for diverse musicians to Congress.

An avid guitar player, Kellen’s riff-driven 80’s inspired productions have caught the attention of many major label and independent artists. We are an independent, global network that operates as a unifying organization for women from across the industry, creating strength and impact on a global scale. As an umbrella nonprofit, we also provide resources and support for female-focused initiatives that are working to create meaningful change - both through our own programs, as well as external efforts around the world.
Programs include an all-female songwriting series, industry database of women creators and mentorship program, with more to come. Our initiatives serve women in the industry today while fostering the development of future generations.

Music’s all-female, global songwriting series to increase the number of women creators. With support from industrywide allies, SITM connects artists with songwriters and studio professionals for writing sessions around the world. Our partner organizations also work to amplify resulting songs.
The SITM Mentorship Program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of women in music. The program empowers young women in the music industry; by bolstering their confidence and having them learn from women actively involved and employed within the industry, SITM’s mentees will not only feel secure in joining the music industry but also working toward leadership roles. Participants in the Mentorship Program will gain valuable, firsthand insight into all areas of the industry, including but not limited to touring, producing and songwriting.
