Yael's Experience

After successfully managing Kame’a, an independent music group, for three fulfilling years, I’m embarking on an exciting new chapter by relocating to New York to further advance my career. My tenure at Kame’a involved overseeing distribution services, rights management, and spearheading projects and campaigns for both local and international artists. In my role as Head of Label, I orchestrated comprehensive marketing campaigns for a diverse array of artists. I meticulously crafted strategic marketing plans and skillfully executed them throughout the entire campaign lifecycle. This encompassed providing PR services to our clients, orchestrating impactful digital marketing and PR initiatives, and curating a distinct brand identity for the label itself. None of this would have been possible without effective communication among team members and partners, all of whom collaborated to bring our collective vision to life. Furthermore, my responsibilities extended to serving as the primary point of contact for international labels and music groups represented by Kame’a in Israel, including prominent entities like Secretly Group and Sub Pop. This role offered me invaluable insights into the indie music landscape within the United States, and enabled me to cultivate a robust network within the creative industry.
