About Valentina Soares Gache

I am a singer-songwriter, producer, and Manager/A&R living in Los Angeles. I've been playing guitar, singing and writing songs my whole life. As a committed soccer player and college athlete, it wasn't until halfway through my four years at Northeastern University that I realized that my passion for music had surpassed all else. It was then that I began to officially study Music in school and began recording my own material. I had the opportunity to record an EP on Music Row in Nashville, which taught me so much about the recording process and collaborating with many different musicians and artists in the studio. My first job in music was an internship with Dre London (Post Malone, Tyla Yaweh, Tyga) and later working as a day to day manager with Steve Rifkind and YM&U Group (DMX, Busta Rhymes, Wu-Tang Clan, Suicide Boys, etc.). I currently work with Diana Gordon on her management team and the Wallis Lane producer collective as a creative and A&R. I am Argentinean and American and I love all great music from Latin to Pop to R&B, Jazz, Funk and Soul. I'm always looking for new people, especially women and Latinas, to create and collaborate with!

Valentina' Experience

Having a background as a musician, artist, and writer has helped me immensely in my work in management and A&R. I like to think of myself as bilingual in this industry, because I can speak the language of both artists and executives. I find that having that duality really allows me to mold and perform in unique situations. As a manager, my music background has helped me immensely in tour management, recording processes, mixing and mastering processes, and just in general communication and understanding with artists. My education and passion for the business side also allows me to step in that professional role when in a room full of executives. Also, my Latin background/upbringing and my experience with a wide array of music genres really makes it possible for me to find common ground with artists and executives of many different lanes.
