Putri's Experience

I am a multi disciplinary artist, experimental beat-maker, singer, songwriter and am currently working on my solo EP showcasing my songwriting with the sound of integrating layered synth, ambient sounds, vocal harmonies and percussive groove. I have completed a Diploma of Contemporary Music and Performance from JMC Academy Australia in 2017. I am also a singer and songwriter in Sydney-based alt-soul band, ‘Kadimakara’ (https://www.facebook.com/kadimakara/) who have released 2 original single ‘Helka’ and ‘Owl’. From 2014 until now, I have been actively performing contemporary Indonesian dance with a Sydney based group as a singer and dancer. This has seen them tour successfully throughout Australia and internationally in cities Berlin, London, Prague, and Amsterdam, teaching and performing Indonesian dance and music. I also performed as a singer/songwriter, and bass player in ‘RIUH’, a collaborative project with music producer and a long time friend Nitja, based in Indonesia. ‘RIUH’ defines their music as post-electronica.
