I write music in many genres from classical piano, rap, country to pop. I especially love writing hit songs and working in film/tv scoring. I am originally from Toronto, Canada but live in Los Angeles. I often travel to the UK, Japan, Italy, France and love working in the studios across the US. On behalf of She Is The Music, it is with great pleasure that we recognize the below women for their extraordinary contributions to the music industry at our inaugural Women Sharing The Spotlight cocktail event.

Women Sharing The Spotlight is founded in the ethos that when we make more space for each other, when we bring more women into the room, we create a vibrant spirit and ecosystem of mentorship, growth and opportunity -- together. This is a unique event for industry leaders to not only converge and celebrate -- but to share their platforms, their voices, and their strength with one another and with the next generations of women forging the path ahead.

Rooted in the conviction that 'We Are Stronger Together', we have asked each honoree to nominate another woman they admire to share the spotlight.
