My name is Nathalia Lacerda, (referred as Nathi). I was born in São paulo, BR and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 17 years old to study music at Musician's Institute. After graduating, I have released a self produced and written EP, a few singles, starred in Brazilian tv shows and produced for other female artists such as Alma Lake, Lia Farrington, Foxxanne and more. My love for music started as an young girl listening to brazilian classics such as Elis Regina, Cazuza, Gal Costa and divas like Whitney and Celine. At the age of 8, I started taking classical piano lessons followed by vocals lessons that lead into my interest in guitar, composing and music production. Currently I am working with a brazilian producer called Zé Nigro on my next album and definetely want to be involved in a community with more women that understand a feminine view of art.
