About Jasmine Phillips

My name is Jasmine Phillips. Also know as Jai Blue. I'm 23 years old. I am from Maryland. I am a singer, songwriter, rapper, producer, arranger, actress and dancer. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor’s degree in Songwriting. I make cosmic, tantalizing, and fun pop music in English and Korean. It’s like biting into neon colored sour candy. I made my YouTube debut in 2016 doing Kpop song covers. This led to me performing at KCON LA in 2016 for the Kpop World Festival. I also performed at the 2017 Kpop World Festival at the D.C Korean Cultural Center. In addition to that I post Kpop song covers and Kpop raps on TikTok, Youtube and Instagram. I am most active on TikTok at the moment. Through Berklee I have performed quite a bit. I have worked with Grandmaster Flash, Nona Hendryx, Hank Shocklee and many others. I also performed at the Korean Music Night Concert at the Berklee Red Room. These are just a few of the performance experiences I’ve had at Berklee. But most of all I am working towards fulfilling my dream of becoming a Kpop idol and a Pop artist in the West. And bringing something new and unique to both the Kpop and America music industries.
