Christen's Experience

Most notably, I ushered The Lumineers from a Denver-based indie folk trio to an international, arena-level touring, two-time GRAMMY nominee. I released 6 records and 6 books with internationally lauded poet and activist Andrea Gibson – and helped them tour the world. I am an organized and creative leader, equally comfortable in a group or individual setting. I am a thought partner with a visionary nature and a deep understanding of audiences. I’ve developed and executed $MM+ in digital marketing and content campaigns driving attention, traffic and consumption for major campaigns. I work cross-functionally – negotiating with talent, their teams and partners to help determine strategy, budgets, fees and maximizing margins. I work well with and across big teams that include record labels, agents, publicists, assistants, legal, business managers and talent. My talent is to bring together all of these players and create something great. I love brainstorming. I hate meetings about meetings. I love tangible (and lofty) goals and hate playing devil’s advocate. I am a straight-shooter and give honest feedback when asked for it. I’m a firm believer in paying attention to data and listening to your gut.
