CHRISTY CASTILLO BUTCHER Senior Vice President of Programming, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Christy Castillo Butcher is the Senior Vice President of Programming for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, the future home turf of the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams and Chargers. She is responsible for programing and booking the venues and event spaces within the 298-acre entertainment district which includes the 70,240-seat NFL stadium that is expandable to a capacity of 100,000, American Airlines Plaza and the 6,000-seat performance venue. Prior, Castillo Butcher worked for AEG for nearly 20 years booking two of the country's top grossing venues, Staples Center, ranked No. 5 on Billboard's 2018 arena chart, and Microsoft Theater, which closed 2018 at the No. 7 spot on Billboard's mid-sized venue chart. Castillo Butcher played a critical role in booking and managing some of the most successful events at STAPLES Center and Microsoft Theater. Additionally, she oversaw marketing and communications for both venues. Castillo Butcher was a founding member of AEG’s Women’s Leadership Council and was the recipient of the AEG Chairman’s Award in October 2016. In 2010, Castillo Butcher was named a Women of Influence award winner by former industry publication Venues Today.
