American singer/songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Becky Krill has concocted a sound all her own, delivering soulful vocals over warm, nostalgic and inspired beats. Her approach to songwriting? Classic and unquestionably folk. Inspired by a wide-range of influences including Ani Difranco, Sara Bareilles, TLC, The Rolling Stones, Mariah Carey and Robyn, Becky recently released her self produced debut album Little Girl. Prior to embarking on her solo journey, she led Brooklyn band, HoloMovement, through a debut album in 2018 and continues to release music periodically under that name. HoloMovement’s latest releases Moonflower Waltz and Solitary Splendor were written and co-produced by Becky. Born Rabecka Lee Krill, the Brooklyn-based artist was drawn to music from a young age, and got her start playing the drums at 8 years old. Writing songs since she can remember, it wasn’t until she taught herself to play guitar as a teenager that her love affair with songwriting would really take hold. Becky has performed across the United States and has shared the stage with artists such as Myles Bullen, Premrock, Marcus Jade, Parnhash & Coe, Kerry Blu, Dukes & The Package, Nina Blue, FANTAZMZ, Catfish Seminar, Precious Gorgeous, Commander Flame, Kita P, Paco the G Train Bandit and Mandella Eskia.
