Hey She Is The Music Community!

My name is Kasey, I work over at Forward Artist Management we have a small management roster inclusive of RZA, Wu-Tang Clan, Sleater-Kinney, Sarah Cothran and Tyler Cole.

We're seeking a TM/PM to come in for Sarah Cothran for a one off in Alabama, the hope for this would be to find a TM/PM who is down to jump in and help her grow / grow with her, we have the intention of getting her on a larger tour this year as a support act, and to book a small headline run for her as well this year.

This show is on April 20th, we'd ideally like to find someone Nashville (Sarah & Band are Nash based) or Alabama based to cut on travel costs. Some light advancing involved, but all very straight forward. This is a 3 piece band and we have most of our gear in house already.

A little bit about Sarah below, please send resumes to Kasey@forwardartist.management. Looking forward to connecting 🙂

Much like chronicling life’s most important and intimate moments in a handwritten journal, Sarah Cothran jots down all of her thoughts, experiences, and emotions in her songs. The 20-year-old Mississippi-born and Nashville-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer fearlessly speaks on the ups and downs of relationships and the trials, tribulations, and triumphs of growing up. By letting everyone into her life, she has quietly gathered streams and views in the hundreds of millions.

Sarah has dedicated her life to progressing as an artist and songwriter. Her parents encouraged her to embrace music and she taught herself how to produce via YouTube, immersing herself in a field she accurately felt was underrepresented by women in the industry.

“It was very important for me to learn how to produce my own music so I can be as creative and true to myself as I want,” she says. “There’s a lot of creativity that can go into building a track. When I write a song I can hear the instruments and elements I want to be there and I love being able to express and make what I hear come to life. There also aren’t a lot of female producers and I really want to help change and level out the huge gap there.”

Sarah’s influences ran the gamut from Nirvana and Breaking Benjamin to Britney Spears and Gwen Stefani. She started to post music online in 2017 and built a devout audience in the process. After launching the popular “in a minor key” series on TikTok, her cover of Matt Maltese’s “As The World Caves In” exploded, tallying over 358 million global streams and counting. The track went RIAA gold in 2022. Signing to Republic Records, she set about committing her story to tape on her debut EP, “i hope you’re happy” last year.
