This is a Chicago-based position.

This person will support Pitch Perfect founder, Jessica Linker, in everyday activities including:

– scheduling meetings, handling calendar
– working with artists and managers to coordinate interviews, photo shoots, various press activities
– working with media to coordinate interviews, photo shoots, & various press activities
– working with labels and artists/managers to collect press materials
– setting up & assist in sending digital promos
– organize & share press that has run with labels & management teams
– working with Pitch Perfect team members on various organizational activities

Qualifications:
– two years of executive assistant experience
– exceptional organizational and communication skills
– extremely detail-oriented
– able to multitask, stay on top of deadlines and prioritize with appropriate sense of urgency
– handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and thrive in a fast-paced environment
– handle confidential matters appropriately and with discretion
– adaptability and strong instincts in nuanced situations are encouraged
– passionate about music and overall excited about our various projects
– someone interested in a career in music/arts public relations and wants to grow with this company

Will be required to use Filemaker Pro, Google Docs, Mac, Mailchimp and Hightail.
