I am Karen François, founder of ÇOIS (pronounced like soir) Agency, a consultant agency amplifying intersectionality in creative spaces through production and brand strategy.
I am looking to interview 20 people who work for predominantly white fashion, music, luxury, and lifestyle brands, publications, and companies who are open to talking about their experiences trying to get their in-house teams to hire more creators of color. I am also interested in the experience of creators who have worked with predominantly white teams. This can be in terms of production, marketing, public relations and/or branding, I'm super open!
