I run a sync company and I have to turn away a lot of the independent artists who reach out to me because the audio quality of their songs just isn't up to par. Rather than just give them a 'no,' I'd much rather write back with constructive feedback so I'm trying to compile a list of womxn-identifying or NB mix &/or mastering engineers.
