Social Media Coordinator
FULL-TIME POSITION
Team-Based Roles
Weekly call with DDP team /management.
Frequent interaction with the DDP team via phone / email.
Oversee social media efforts for DDP on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, & Event Pages.
Keep abreast of the latest social media practices and technologies.
Deploy specialized social media tools and programs as required.
Social Roles
Develop high-level social strategy to promote the portfolio of DDP events.
Assist with creative marketing concepts, post concepts, contesting, find and approve images/video (as needed, etc.)
Develop “organic posts” and/or write “social,” “email,” and “blog” copy.
Resharing all festival promos on DDP brand account (retweeting, reposting IGS)
Maintain brand health (reshare brand relevant content)
Schedule organic posts accordingly, using social media marketing tools.
Social Media Monitoring
Assist with monitoring social inboxes for all brands (DDP, UD, FD, etc).
Employ social listening across channels (organic) for DDP, competitors, and industry.
Conduct social listening, review performance metrics, and develop tests for improvements to overall organic strategy.
Create event pages for events, as needed.
Collaborative Online Marketing Roles
Work with marketing and talent buyer teams to ensure proper event promotion.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal and partner teams to support social media campaigns.
Work with the DDP team to ensure organic social media efforts are of high quality.
