Partisan Arts is accepting applications for a full time entry level position of Ticketing & Admin Assistant in our Sausalito, CA office.
The Ticketing & Admin Assistant is responsible for creating and distributing ticket sales reports for the artists’ tours plus general administrative support to our team of Agents and Agent Assistants.
Responsibilities will include:
* Gathering data for and creating daily ticket sales reports
* Distributing daily ticket sales reports to artist management teams
* Answering telephones
* Additional assistance as required by the administrative department to fully support all aspects of the artists’ tours (contracting, show settlements, etc.)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be organized, highly motivated and efficient with proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and priorities in a high volume and time-sensitive environment. Close attention to detail is essential.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, at least 2 years administrative or related intern experience required. Music industry experience strongly preferred.
* Macintosh and Microsoft Office experience required. Computer network and Filemaker Pro database skills a plus
* Excellent written communication and problem solving abilities, professional and courteous telephone skills
* A passion for attending live music!
Benefits:
Salary range $45K – $50K annually.
