How we LEAD:
The REPUBLIC Collective is looking for a Designer, Creative & Design to join their Creative Collective department in the creation of a wide range of design materials and in contributing to the creative campaigns for the artists on our roster.
How you’ll CREATE:
Following the creative strategy of artist campaigns, you will design a variety of materials for the REPUBLIC Collective label artist roster, including but not limited to: release artwork, music packaging, marketing collateral, social assets, internal communications, mood boards and presentations.
Conceive, develop and execute concepts in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams as well as key senior executives.
Be in tune with the creative vision and narrative across artist specific projects.
Bring knowledge and understanding of culture, music and the current creative landscape.
Keep teams updated on emerging trends across media content and music
Work with the team to brainstorm and ideate the artists’ creative vision
Bring your VIBE:
2-5 years’ experience in a design or content creation role
Robust design portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, impactful imagery, communication and storytelling
Hands on experience in the creative process from concept to execution
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite design software, in particular Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (After Effects & Premiere are a plus)
Experience designing for print production
Awareness of social and music content trends
Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback given in the creative process
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interface with different departments, as well as leadership across the organization and artist teams
