I am a 15 year old singer songwriter. I play guitar, bass, keys and a little drums. I have been writing songs since I was 10 old. I am also in a band called ZoKi Band with two friends. Within the band Kim and I write songs, alternate between guitar and bass and lead sing and harmonize and Lily is the drummer and occasional trumpet player. We released our first cd "Take One" last year and paid for it from money we made at gigs...we opened for NRBQ, Antigone Rising and Y La Bamba, and Pamela Means, DIana Alvarez and have shared a stage withJune Millington, Erin Mckeown and others. I am really hoping to go to college for contemporary music/songwriting if we can afford it! and want to make a career in the music biz. I am a feminist and activist also and love to write songs with a political/social commentary edge.
