About Stephanie Guerrero

I've worked in the Latin Music Entertainment industry for the past 12 years in my life, although I am passionate about all music. My main roles have involved digital strategy and marketing but I think of myself as a creative content story-teller. The bulk of my career I've spent working for major labels, Sony Music Latin and Universal Music Latin Entertainment. I'm also a mom of a toddler who is probably the biggest challenge and best teacher I've had so far. Love supporting women in all roles, including in new signings and the last sub-label I worked at where my goal was to have a 50/50 split in our roster.

I’ve been a little bit of a jack of all trades, but I created pieces of promotional content to be shared on social media for music artists like J Balvin, Karol G, Jhay Cortez, Bad Gyal, Ricky Martin, Romeo Santos, etc. My main marketing skills have been applied to building followings of up tens of millions (sometimes hundreds) of followers for the artists I’ve worked with. I’ve also worked in building an online persona and brand for them.
