Head of Publishing and Licensing at Six Shooter Records in Toronto, an independent female-owned record label, artist management company, and festival production company (Interstellar Rodeo). Kim is also Manager of Member & Industry Relations at the Canadian Music Publishers Association where she runs the Women In The Studio program, an initiative in its inaugural year (2019). She was a touring drummer before becoming a professional music publisher. She is passionate about artists, culture and copyright.
