Based in New York City, Deanna lead all recruitment, hiring, talent development, and retention operations for Luminate. She is responsible for ensuring employee development and growth towards their professional goals and aspirations. Deanna has a blended background in the music industry previously at Downtown Music Holdings (supporting multiple brands), SONGS Music Publishing, and Gelfand Rennert & Feldman. She also recruited within the startup world in NYC building and scaling ground up teams.
