About Catalina Lozano Torrado

Catalina Lozano Torrado is a sound engineer from Colombia. She has experience in recording, mixing, audio post-production, sound design, and live sound. Catalina has worked as a recording engineer for various local artists, live sound assistant of Luis Angel Arango Music Hall, and Recording Engineer of Arbol Naranja Studio in Bogota, Colombia. In 2021 was part of She is the Music’s program Connect TogetHER in the area of Production/Engineering. In 2019, she was part of the audio recording team of Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Canada and she was chosen as audio recording scholar for the XIII Cartagena Music Festival in Colombia Catalina has also been part of the audio post-production team of three national TV shows and has worked as part of the field recording, audio post-production, and sound design team of the cinematographic company True Films where she has produced many advertising spots and short films that have won many national and international recognitions and prizes.
