About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join the Marketing Department of our independent record label, Futures Music Group (Neon Gold Records / Ave A etc). This role sits at the heart of our release campaigns, connecting artists, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure each project runs smoothly from creative ideation through delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where art and strategy meet.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams (A&R, Digital Marketing, Creative, Publicity, etc.) and external partners (artist management, distributors, PR etc.) across multiple album and single campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with artist goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with artist teams and partners
Lead bi-weekly artist team meetings, setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment across departments.
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones, ensuring all creative and marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
Manage marketing activations, including planning, creative approvals, and execution of content and experiential campaigns.
Track and manage campaign budgets, overseeing estimates and actuals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversee product delivery, including digital assets, metadata, physical production, and final submissions to partners/distributors.
Collaborate with the digital and creative teams on content calendars, paid media plans, and rollout strategies. Make sure all partners are following a cohesive narrative.
Oversee artist calendars alongside management and assist scheduling promo opportunities
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and communication across departments.
Compile post-campaign wrap reports summarizing results, performance metrics, and key learnings.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in project management or marketing within a record label, management company, or distributor.
Deep understanding of the music release cycle, marketing strategy, and campaign budgeting.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with DSPs, digital advertising platforms, and label operations.
Financial fluency in managing budgets, vendor invoicing, and reporting preferred.
Passion for music, artist development, and creative collaboration.

Depending on the job relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education and network of the final hire, the base salary is anticipated at an annual rate in the range of $90,000 – $105,000
