Successful applicants will have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, including significant experience structuring, documenting and negotiating a wide range of corporate, technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation and capitalization, venture capital financings, intellectual property licensing, and commercial transactions. Experience with entertainment transactional work and working with entertainment industry clients is a plus but not necessary. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players and have outstanding professional credentials.
