About Us: BABZ inc. is a boutique songwriter and producer management company based in Los Angeles, CA. In expansion of our steadily growing company and creative services, BABZ inc. is seeking a new hire for the position below.

Title: Assistant to the Founder/President, BABZ inc.

Reports To: Founder of BABZ inc., Hannah Babitt

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Position Start Date: ASAP, Entry Level Position

Required Qualifications to Apply:
● Delivers strong execution on day-to-day administrative and personal tasks, scheduling, and communication.
● Extremely organized and prompt on e-mail and phone.
● Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to multi-task efficiently
● Able to relay important information in a streamlined manner.
● Driven.
● Capable of being an innovative self-starter.
● Desire to work in the music or entertainment industry
● Looking for the opportunity to learn in a fast-paced industry.
● Positive attitude – no task is too big or too small mentality.
● Excel, Word, Social Media, G-Suite, Google Docs
● Knowledge of web design, Wikipedia, basic photoshop and graphic design skills is a plus
● Must have access to a car and be based in Los Angeles, CA.
