The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative team for Coachella and Stagecoach with general admin duties. This position will also have the opportunity to work closely with and shadow various departments.


Responsible for general administrative support activities including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, documents and presentations, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Administer assistance as needed across different departments. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication between departments and with vendors, general office management and coordination of printed materials.
Assist in coordinating meetings and staff events for 100+ employees

A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
